Citichic Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality - Newly Renovated

Pros: The hotel's location was excellent, the room large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially Fern, who was kind, professional, and always available to advise us on what to visit in Bangkok.

Cons: Maybe pool not so big

Lovely modern clean hotel in a good location.

Pros: Good location, quiet and very new clean and shiny with friendly staff. A tranquil retreat after the heat and bustle of the city with the bonus of a minimart next door.

Cons: Was surprised to be asked for a small cash deposit on arrival as the room had already been paid in full via Booking.com. No breakfast available but shop next door and numerous eateries in easy walking distance.

Pros: Location, close to the main street but located in a quite area. Hotel is new and clean.

Cons: All the pillows on the bed were too soft which was uncomfortable for sleeping and no choices avaliable with the other pillows available. The fact that you cannot open the window in the room does not allow to change air and get fresh air so the room gets a bit smelly and you note that when you get out from the room and come back. Although there are rules for using the swimming pool at the top, there is no one to enforce them, so when i went there I have found kids screaming and jumping in the pool and people entering in the pool with normal clothes which is not hygienic, which made impossible for me to staying and use the pool.

Pros: The new renovation is a very good standard. Comfortable. Staff excellent and very helpful.

Amazing, small hotel in the center of Bangkok

Pros: We love this place . It was our first time in Bangkok and we enjoyed the location, size of the room, modern furniture , everything looked brand new which we appreciate. In the same building you can find a small grocery store, money exchange, atm. Close to metro station. We would come back!

Centrally-located, modern hotel with excellent facilities and first-class staff

Pros: This recently refurbished hotel is ideally placed for the nightlife of Sukhumvit, but not too noisy. Rooms are clean and facilities modern (there’s a pool too), and the staff helped us with tourist info - nothing was too much trouble for Fern, Tuan and Lisa to sort out. Highly recommended for couples seeking a place to explore Bangkok. Great value for the price.

Cons: Nearest metro was a bit of a walk (5-7 mins)

Clean and comfy stay in the middle of the storm

Pros: Very clean, nice staff and a great room in central Bangkok.

Cons: The neighborhood is very party-centric, doesn’t feel super safe.
