Great value stay

Pros: Club rooms are great, the happy hour deals is well worth the extra price for the room. Location perfect, 3 minutes to night life. Breakfast very good.

Pros: Large room and spacious bathroom with amenities supplied. The executive lounge was really great with a good selection of food and drinks. Cocktails and snacks available for a couple of hours each evening was a treat.

Cons: It was a bit noisy - despite being on the 12th floor, we could still hear the traffic below.

Beautiful, relaxing hotel.

Pros: Loved this hotel! We had 3 rooms in the Ruby wing. Pool was lovely to relaxing in each day and the overall location was great for our first time in Bangkok. Highly recommend.

Cons: Little annoying having to go out one building and into another for breakfast, pool, restaurant, etc. but we got used to it quickly.

Pros: The hotel should improve about the snacks in the happy hour high floors ... It was so much better before. I think they should improve on the service on the high floor. Special thanks to Sara on the reception down stairs she is so helpful and kind... But everyone there is great and helpful as well...9

Amazing would definitely return

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with the added bonus of a bathtub on the balcony as well as happy hours 5.30-7.30

Excellent, clean and welcoming

Pros: A short walk from the mrt, near a lively street of food options, 2 x 7eleven stores within 50 steps of hotel, the front desk were exceptional, answered any queries, pool was terrific.

Cons: There was no laundry onsite or service. But a 20 min walk away in a few directions, i found a few places.
