Nysa Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

Would recommend

Pros: Very comfortable large room with great facilities in the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous.

Great mix of convenience and relaxation.

Pros: Breakfast was varied and in a lovely setting. Hotel was tucked away enough to be peaceful but a quick walk or tuktuk ride to malls and restaurants. Great location to attend events at NIST.

Cons: Late checkout cost 2000 baht

Good quality hotel

Pros: We had only a very brief stay in the Nysa Hotel, but were very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and well equipped room (including iron and ironing board). Convenient location for tpublic transport including access to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Overall a very nice and cosy stay!

Pros: Overall a great stay! Personnel was very friendly, room was cleaned regularly, breakfast was very nice (fresh food and varieties, even though not local breakfast but more international) and pool was also very nice.

Cons: Hotel itself is located centrally in Sukhumvit but it's a 20-min walk to the next train station (Sukhumvit). So it is not located very close to the train stations in general. There was a weird smell in the hall in the 6th floor from time to time. But this smell was not in our room and did not disturb us.

Great place, would stay again

Pros: I stayed one night and was upgraded to a suite - which was incredible!

Pros: Very comfortable beds, clean and big rooms, great staff and service.

Cons: The only downside was the pool area it didn’t catch a lot of sun once it’s gone it’s gone which is a shame

Nice hotel and nice location

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were happy with everything overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Cons: The bedroom itself was comfortable and generally clean. However, the view was disappointing. We also had an issue with the shuttle bus to the metro station. When we arrived, the reception informed us that there was a shuttle service available. The night before our departure, we specifically asked whether it was possible to book a spot for the next morning and were not told that it would be a problem. However, on the morning of our departure, we were informed that the shuttle was already full. This was frustrating, as we had tried to plan ahead.

Pros: Rooms are nice and spacious, and showers are great, so were the pillows. Friendly staff and quiet pool area with tasty food and drinks. Great 'barista' coffee is available but paid, the coffee included in the breakfast is alright.

Cons: We were asked to pay an additional 1000baht if we wanted to check in early on arrival. Seems odd to me in a 5 star hotel to be asked to pay extra if your room is already ready anyways. That could be the extra service. Only instant coffee available in the rooms.

It was an amazing experience. I will be coming back

Pros: It was clean, close and facilities were working perfectly.

Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like about the place.
