True Siam Phayathai Hotel

Great location in Bangkok, pleasant staff and very clean.

Pros: We liked that it was tucked away from the busy streets down a small connecting road. The rooms were clean and serviced daily and we were so close to the train station - an ideal way to get around the huge city!

Cons: The bed was very firm and we all ended up with lots of muscle pain from this.

Pros: Establishment and very professional and very pleasant staff. The rooms were comfortable and the location of the hotel was central, we were less than half an hour from most of the tourist sites. I recommend.

Pros: Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Good location with easy access to the rest of the city. Room was very big and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Although the room was very large, there was a lack of storage. A small rail with 3 hangers was about it. AC was very effective but wasn't adjustable. So either on or off. Shower head seemed to be a replacement and did not fit the bracket correctly so practically sprayed water horizontally.

Pros: We stayed here for one night before our flight home and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The room was very spacious and meticulously clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and soft, especially compared to typical Thai standards, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location is very convenient, just about seven minutes from the airport train. The surrounding area is lovely as well, with nice shops and a small local food market nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor downside was the built-in automatic air conditioning, as it wasn’t possible to adjust the temperature or fan strength. It felt a bit chilly during the night, and we occasionally heard some unusual noises, possibly from an animal next door. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nice for a convenient and relaxing stopover

Pros: The rooms were very modern and clean. I really liked the design - even of the lobby and walkways. The room is quiet and very spacious. The bathroom was modern and large. Phaiya Thai station which can get you directly to the airport is a few minutes walk away. Well located to allow for easy access to nearby malls and attractions.

Cons: Only thing was the alleyway is still under construction. To be honest, most of it is done now so walking in either directions is usually fine, but when roadworks are happening the road is sometimes partially closed off.

Pros: So close to public transport food and link to airport

Cons: Bath towels need replacing to old and thin

Magic bed

Pros: This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. For the price they offer, the quality is far superior to some five-star hotels I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide this level of comfort and service. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and feature a very large and extremely comfortable bed that guarantees a great night’s sleep. The location is very convenient — especially if you’re traveling to the airport early in the morning. The metro station is nearby, making it easy to avoid city traffic and get around quickly. The staff were outstanding — professional, friendly, and attentive. Everything related to my stay was handled at an excellent level. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, but this is definitely one of my favorites. I highly recommend it.
