Excellent choice - highly recommed to anyone wanting a perfect Bangkok stay!

Pros: We booked a King suite as we were travelling with my daughter and the suite gave us an extra room and bathroom. What a wonderful surprise to find that suites receive access to the Mercure's privilege lounge - think business class lounge for your holiday stay. The lounge has a private concierge and the staff were amazing. 4-6PM - afternoon Tea at no extra cost. 5-7PM cocktails and canapes - no extra cost. What an absolute win and for this alone, I would book the suite over and over again. Great pool after a loong hot day and Lily Fu's (on site restaurant where breakfast is served) is outstanding for any meal of the day. What a perfect end to our Thailand Holiday! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pros: Everything! Location superb, staff friendly & accommodating, cleanliness tip top. As far as we can tell everything is excellent although we did not have time to check out other facilities except for the in-room massage which was fantastic!

Cons: Could be even better if their breakfast caterfor Muslims with halal option.

Had a great time at Mercure Hotel with easy access to eateries outside.

Pros: Rooms were a good size and bed very comfortable- The shower had a good water flow rate too.

Cons: It was difficult to find the main light switch which was concealed behind the bed pillows. There was no requirement for a bath unit.

Pros: Central location Sukumvit 11, the most comfortable King bed in our Asian travels. Close to the best bar in Bangkok.

Fab location, Quiet Pool with ample sun beds and poolside bar are the standout feature of the hotel

Pros: Second time staying at this hotel- chose it specifically for the swimming pool area with its outdoor bar which is great plus Lily Fu’s which is a lovely spot for dining and people watching. Excellent location, short walk to Nana BTS for visiting the malls.

Cons: Although our room was large, there was a huge pillar in the centre. Only complaint really was the dim lighting. Windows were facing east towards other buildings, very little natural light and quite dark and drab even with room lights on. Consequently could only apply makeup in bathroom mirror and false lighting. No balconies at this hotel either

Lovely quality beds and pillows. TV has extensive European channels - English, German, French.....

Pros: All was exceptional! Accommodation with the upgrade was excellent. The pool and all beverages/service was great quality and relaxing. I'm residing in the hotel for almost 3 years now on a 3 days a month basis, for corporate meetings.

Cons: Having to leave the hotels great hospitality and comfort.
