Don't understand why its rating isn't better

Pros: I stayed in this location pre covid when it was a 'boutique' hotel and run under another name and was pleased to see that while some furnishings have been removed the layout is the same. While it is now fairly tired (carpet and fittings) and a lower budget option it is very clean and really comfortable considering the price and still has the feel of something a little special. I personally cant understand how its rating isn't higher because at 1000bht a night this place is a lot more comfortable than other places I have stayed in Bangkok.

Cons: Being able bodied, I personally didn't mind the stairs but I can imagine that some people struggle getting to the top rooms

Pros: La stanza è la pulizia, l'entrata alle stanze chic ma nel rapporto Q/P direi buona struttura e tempestiva nella risposta....gradito il mini cucinino anche se privo di accessori...

Cons: La TV non funziona, ma mi è stato comunicato che serviva la rete internet del mio telefono....due cucchiaini e qualche bustina di zucchero sarebbero utili a chi beve un caffè al mattino

Pros: No le hagan caso a los malos comentarios! Si SOS una persona simple, acostumbrada a quedarte en lugares cómodos y limpios pero sin los trabajadores que te estén corriendo atrás como si fueses un retardado este es el lugar para vos. La gente que pone malos comentarios no entiendo porque lo hacen. La habitación es cómoda, la cama más todavía, recomiendo al 100% la ubicación ya que no es en el medio del centro pero te queda cómoda para hacer cualquier tipo de actividad recreativa en Bangkok. Me encantó, fui con mi familia y me sentí 100% segura

Pros: Большие просторные апартаменты. Расположение, близко к центру. Наличие холодильника, чайника и чашек с кофе. Идеально как для отдыха так и для работы.

Cons: Грязные окна. В номере классные панорамные окна, было классно смотреть на улицу через кристально чистые стекла)Не удобна система регистрации через автомат. Хотелось бы взаимодействия с живым человеком
