Pros: The rooms were enormous! Lovely bathrooms, and breakfast was fantastic. Amazing array of fruits available. Wonderful hotel staff who were able to assist in telling us the best way to get around the city and reach the destinations we wanted to.

Great location, beautiful hotel, lovely staff

Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean and nicely decorated, the rooftop place with the pool was lovely.

Cons: The AC in the room was not very powerful and it was super loud. When it was completely turned off there was still a constant hissing sound. Maybe it was only in our room in 708 but it was really disturbing at some point. The staff couldn't help with this unfortunately.

Very comfortable great quiet location.

Pros: Location is great not in the middle of it but it was close enough. Very comfortable beds.. i would definitely recommend.

Pros: The location was ideal for first timers visiting Bangkok. Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent with so much choice. The rooftop swimming pool was a lovely place to relax before and after the hustle and bustle of the city. The free tuk tuk shuttle to terminal 21 was a bonus.

Cons: Nothing really. Just as we were leaving the receptionist said we had stolen a towel! Not sure if this was to try to take a but more money from us.

Def recommend

Pros: The room was big and very nice, they even upgrated us, everything worked, the breakfast had a wide selection and they even realised from my date of birth that I had birthday and brought me a cake during breakfast. The location is 15-20min by walk to the closest metro/bts station and shopping mall Terminal 21, they provide free tuktuk ride, however it runs only every hour, two streets from there is a Bangkok red district, we realised only once my friend told us, however, one cannot tell.

Cons: Nothing.

Comfortable

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and the hotel was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay overall. The only downside for me was the breakfast, which I didn’t like that much. Other than that, a nice and comfortable hotel
