Friendly staff, great pool, comfortable rooms, super spa.

Pros: Hotel is being renovated soon as a little dated in places. Having said all that, happy returning visitor as this property offers exceptional value for money and has a dose of Metropolitan cool.

Not a great start to a visit...m

Pros: Everything.... (Our second stay this year!) Especially the Breakfast..

Cons: The doorman broke the retractable rolling handle of our suitcase, either when He took it out of the back of the taxi (Necessitating the purchase of a replacement) or by using it to lift the case up the steps, instead of using the solid handle near by.... (Making me very grumpy)

Pros: A very comfortable hotel with alert and helpful staff. The pool is great on a normal (hot) Bangkok day. A nice stroll to metro, skytrain and many nice restaurants.

A comfortable hotel with excellent facilities.

Pros: The hotel has excellent facilities and great service. The breakfast was great, lots of options and good quality. The meals available during the day were also delicious. The pool was wonderful with great service and lots of space. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big.

Cons: The overall decor of the hotel was a bit neglected, simple and boring. The room was smaller than expected.

Impeccably professional service in a luxurious venue.

Pros: Generous room space, huge bathroom facilities, spotless venue in immaculate shape. Above all, the COMO Metropolitan sets the benchmark for exceptional, professional service. From Ryu at front desk to Sam and Bobo at the (delicious) breakfast (and everyone else whose names I didn’t manage to collect), every staff member I met with was warm, attentive, unassumingly modest, respectful and polite. Thank you to all and see you one day again i hope in the near future.

Beautiful property and affordable luxury!

Pros: I loved the decor and the little extra touches the property provided . Fruit infused iced water by the pool . Breakfast box and coffees on the day of departure as we were on an early flight. Staff were delightful too.
