Pros: This is the best hotel in Bangkok. It's quiet, inexpensive, and has plenty of space, including a walk-in closet and work area. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. There's a laundry room on the ground floor in the common area. You can wash and dry your clothes for 100 baht, but it's self-service. It's still very convenient. The room has a hairdryer and a kitchen with a stove and other cooking utensils. The area is fairly quiet, and there's no noise outside at night. However, it's still quite close to the central streets with their clubs and bars. There's a large shopping center Central Park nearby, where you can find plenty of tasty and inexpensive places to eat. This hotel is 10/10; I'd stay here again next time.

Pros: Excellent location 5 min walk from lumpini BTS station,shopping mall Bangkok Ona,shopping mall Dusit park i MRT Sala Daeng. Great location with lots of restaurants and message salons. Lots of authentic thai street food.

Pros: フロントスタッフ接客がとてもいい。部屋は広くて清潔で必要なものはすべてそろっている。フロントが2階なので出入りに気を遣うことがなくストレスなし。シャワーとトイレが別になっていてトイレは濡れない。すぐ近くにセブン、少し歩けば屋台街もあり便利。コスパ最高。

Cons: 部屋は全く問題なし。難点はBTSとMRTから距離がある。若い人なら歩けるかもしれないが、猛暑の中歩きたい距離ではない。駅までバイタク（MRTまで20バーツ）を使うしかない。出先で忘れ物をしたときは大変。また、バイタクで戻った。あと、土日は会社が休みなので屋台街はほとんど閉まっていた。ラマ4に出る角のタイ料理屋は観光客向けで屋台の3倍以上の値段取られた。

Great value apartment hotel, in a good part of the city.

Pros: An excellent “home away from home”. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons: The kitchen kit was a bit limited in quantity. Only two of each type of cutlery, cups, plates, etc.

Huge rooms at an amazing location

Pros: The room was huge and there was lots of space. There’s also a washing machine as well as everything you need for a long-term stay. The staff let us keep our luggage there before even arriving, for a week, and they were really kind to us. The location is great as well, it’s just at Lumphini park, 10mins away from the BTS and metro with lots of restaurants and plenty of malls.

Baan K-would stay again!

Pros: Size of the apartment, cleaning staff was exceptional, location was great. Nearby restaurants were excellent.

Cons: Washing machine was unreliable, but we made no fuss about it, so there wasn't anything they didn't do.

Spacious, clean & comfortable room!

Pros: We loved how spacious and clean the room was, with complete amenities provided. The bed and sheets were incredibly soft, giving us a restful night’s sleep. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to the German Embassy, where we had an appointment. The reception staff kindly helped us print some documents for it, which we really appreciated. Plus, there’s a delicious pasta restaurant in the same building. Overall, a great stay. We’ll definitely book here again whenever we’re in Bangkok!
