Nice hotel in a trendy area close to everything

Pros: The property presents well overall a bit tired looking in some areas but I would definitely return rooms are comfortable has nice gym its in a nice area and the staff are really switched on and friendly.

Luxury in Silom

Pros: I was surprised by the spaciousness of the room on the 14th floor. As a matter of fact, it was an entire apartment, complete with a kitchenette, a work desk and a sofa for relaxing. An excellent value for the money.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

A great hotel for a great price

Pros: A nice, clean room on the tenth floor. A well-equipped gym & a hotel pool. Other amenities such as laundry. A very good buffet for the breakfast. A great location on a quite street, 10 min walk to the center of Silom with shopping and entertainment.

Cons: No complaints.

Great price/quality hotel with kind staff

Pros: Good location in proximity of metros, restaurants and markets, while situated on a 'quiet' street. Nice staff, we arrived early and could check-in at 12:30 instead of 14:00. Big, decently comfortable bed and spacious room with plenty of ammenities. Clean where it matters. Nice view, we were at the back of the hotel on the top floor (19).

Cons: If you're a neat freak (dust on some ledges, edges of some tiles not the best) can't bear any white noise (from distant traffic) or want to be in the absolute centre of Bangkok this is not for you. Otherwise, it is good value for money.

Pros: The place was quite close to Lumphini park and shopping places, so very good balanced place for last night in Bangkok. The room was spatious, the bed was big enough to comfortably sleep for parents with a small child :) The pool area was nice, they also had tennis table and some books to read. The staff was helpful with baggage storage and advise on the taxi to the airport.

Cons: Hotel missed that we are coming with a child, so only left 2 set of towels in the room. Needed to comeback and ask for one more (from higher class hotel you would expect more attention to detail). Breakfast place was quite crowded and not thought through for best experience (difficult to find some things, missing small spoons, etc), also the selection of food was quite basic, expected something more.
