Good but average
Pros: The hotel’s reception is really nice, and the staff is great and friendly. The pool is really beautiful though small, and it’s open 24h.
Cons: As soon as you go into the hall, elevator and rooms you discover that everything but the reception is older and not quite the same quality as the reception. The renovation focused on the reception only for the pictures and first impression but the rest is quite normal.

A great stay
Pros: We liked the quiet neighborhood off a busy road, it was a good location, the staff were all really nice, the rooms were a good size and clean! A very comfortable stay 😊
Cons: The water in the shower kept being inconsistent temperatures, it go very hot and then very cold. This quite minor though but that was the only negative thing!

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms but some details to pay attention to
Pros: Nice hotel, friendly staff, quiet location behind the road so no noise from the street. Spacious and clean rooms.
Cons: For us the beds were a little too hard. The AC made a lot of noise and pointed directly on the bed, so you definitely would be sick the next day. Slept whithout it, it was bloody hot. Its also pretty dark in the bathroom, not enough light there. Also the shower door was old and warn out, didn't close properly. Nice restaurants closeby, but to go to the city centre, you need a taxi which takes a long time due to the busy traffic.

Generally pretty good but if I had to, I might compare it to Le D'Tel where I have also stayed.
Pros: The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially. Koijai and Noina.
Cons: The pool was very dark and small but at least guests could have a dip, I guess. The slippers in the room were truly disposable and unpleasant. Sorry.

Pros: The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of Bangkok’s chaos. The district is really nice, with everything you need within walking distance. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to reach any part of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful 🫶🏼 We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back!

Amazing location
Pros: The hotel exceeded all my expectations, the location is absolutely amazing on a quiet road but just a few steps from an street with so many things to do, massage places, 7/11, Michelin star restaurant, coffee shops, local food, ATM, seriously everything. The room size was very good with double bed, sofa and desk so much more space than the average hotel sizes. Smart TV, good air conditioner, good shower. The staff was lovely, they explained everything and even helped us with a lost luggage issue we had with the airline. I’ve stayed in a few places in Bangkok already, and Norma Hotel would definitely be my first choice when I return to the city.
Cons: They don`t offer breakfast
