Very comfortable

Pros: Got upgraded to a suite, very unexpected. Pool area was lovely to pend time in. Breakfast was very good. Roof top bar is stunning.

Cons: Seemed to be some cross wires with staff. Was woken up about 10pm by room service, may have got the wrong room, not sure. Otherwise my stay was lovely. Some issues with lifts doing strange things but seemed to be resolved fairly quickly

Amazing Stay

Pros: The staff were absolutely incredible. Every time that I go to Bangkok, I stay at Banyan Tree because the overall experience is amazing.

Cons: Nothing.

Great service and a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed the grill restaurants well as the Saffron cruise.

Pros: Great service, good size family suite, the club lounge was great. The kids enjoyed the pool too!

Cons: Unfortunately we had a small issue with a cockroach falling out of an air vent - but they team moved us to a new room straight away.

Definitely recommend staying here

Pros: Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The room was beautiful and all hotel facilities were great standard. Hotel was within walking distance to metro station. Breakfast buffet had an amazing range of foods.

Overall great hotel in a great location.

Pros: We had a 2 bedroom suite for 4 people including two 70+ ladies with access to the club room. That was great as the room was very large like an apartment. It was also great for the ladies as we could do some shorter tours and then they could relax in the room or in the club room afterwards. Breakfast was great but choice in the club room for afternoon tea or drinks/canapés late afternoon/evening did have a limited choice.

Cons: Our flights were changed and we moved from an early morning flight to a very late evening flight. We asked for a late checkout but had to pay an extra night’s accommodation which didn’t feel right when we checked out around 7/730. For example we have paid a nominal fee at other hotels to have a 6pm checkout. It also seems odd that women can go sleeveless in the club room but men have to wear a shirt with sleeves. Doesn’t make a lot of sense in a hot climate.

Satisfactorio,pero con un pequeño percance

Pros: It has been 12 years since I was and to such satisfaction when I decided to choose them again, now breakfast was on the 60th floor in the Skyline, wonderful views, the service is excellent and they are in many details, they gave us a room on the 48th floor, very nice views, all good.

Cons: because I have put a favorable score,because my experience has been magnificent,but today when leaving the hotel and checking out has passed something that at the end we arrived well but with extra costs and losing belongings, it turns out that the reception boys did not know well to advise us on what our airport was and we have taken the wrong airport, the taxi has taken us but our surprise has been to discover that it was not our airport, we have had to look for another taxi and unwind more money, besides that there was 1 hour to the other airport and we were losing the plane, I do not say with the receptionists should know everything but they when they see the initials of the airport should see said, sir should go to this airport and advise better, it is no longer the money, with the orisas and vermin that usually exist at the airports waiting for the clueless passenger to take advantage of it, because today I have suffered that, they are no longer the 2000 bhat, they have been belongings that have stayed in the They didn't get into the car and I noticed when I got to the other airport.

Pros: The hotel was absolutely amazing. Even though we only stayed for one night. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional, and the swimming pool was truly impressive. The room was absolutely stunning and offered a beautiful view of the city. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and we honestly could not fault a single thing. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed—which made getting around very easy. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Bangkok.

Pros: Comfortable luxurious room with great pillows. Excellent staff service. Amazing views from rooftop bar and restaurant.

Cons: Nothing. Would stay longer next time.

Cons: It's not the easiest place to get to from the airport. Typically takes an hour if the traffic is mild.
