An excellent hotel with delightful staff

Pros: The bedroom was large and extremely comfortable as was the residents lounge. The pool and gym were a pleasure to use. We loved the powerful shower and range of bathroom products provided. The staff were excellent, especially at front of house, being welcoming and helpful. It was easy to get a range of transport from outside of the hotel.

Cons: Whilst we would definitely stay at this hotel again, the breakfast area did not seem to run very smoothly. The staff were rushing around but we still needed to ask for basic items like milk and hot water to be replenished each morning.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Lovely modern hotel, with great staff and facilities. We had a studio executive room which was excellent - included a decent size kitchen area. Great base for exploring Bangkok. Hotel offers free half hourly transfers to nearest skytrain and metro stations

Cons: The slight downside is that it’s a 10- 15 minute walk back to the hotel from nearest Sky train and metro stations.

Pros: Everything! The room, the pool, the location, the quietness, the cleanliness, the friendly staff...it was just perfect!

Pros: Great location in a quieter part of the city, close to Lumphini Park. Spacious, clean room with a great view. Nice pool area and gym, and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The only downside was that our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait almost an hour. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful room and nice staff

Pros: Very detail oriented hotel with catering to all the needs of the guests. The room was the executive suite. The view was brilliant and the room was clean and spacious with all needed amenities. We will definitely come back to this hotel, especially that the location is also good.

Pros: The stay exceeded all expectations in every aspect. The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, offering an excellent level of service throughout the entire stay. The room and facilities were of a very high standard, truly feeling like a luxury experience. I was accommodated on a higher floor, which provided a great view and a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and carefully maintained. The location is excellent, right next to the metro station, making it very easy to move around the city. Overall, an outstanding experience in terms of comfort, service, and location.
