Amazing - must stay!

Pros: Lovely hotel in Bangkok. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is great. Room is comfortable. Good aircon. Lovely pool are. Robes in the room and slippers. Room was service was delicious and great value for money. Also right next to 7eleven.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room was clean,staff were good, hotel in a good location only 20 mins walk to the busy areas, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Cons: The room was a bit dark, could do with additional lighting & limited power points to charge youre phones etc In my room, the shower was in the bath which involved negotiating a high step into the bath, It was ok for me to access, but be difficult for older, less agile persons.

Nice hotel and good location

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for one night only, but we had a very pleasant experience. Everything was smooth and comfortable during our short stay. The rooftop pool was a nice feature and a great place to relax. We also found the location pleasant and convenient, which made getting around easy. Overall, even though it was just a brief visit, we liked the hotel and would consider staying again.

Pros: -good air conditioning -excellent service, the staff is very polite and always ready to help -good choice of food for breakfast -a good location if you are a fan of sleeping without noise

Cons: -a bit dirty, dusty in many places, and it was also noticeable under the bed that no one had cleaned it for a long time, also there were small stains on the walls and curtains -if you take a room with a balcony, be prepared that they are located very close to the neighboring ones and you will see everything -a small minus: the distance between the floor and the walls of the bathtub was very large, so I had to be very careful when getting out, but I still fell several times and got a few bruises, although I'm not short at all

Pros: Nice big room and great breakfast. Location ok, in walking distance to Silom Road.

Cons: The hotel is built very strange and you have to keep the curtain pulled all the time if u don’t want other people on the same floor just opposite u looking in. It makes the room very dark and unpleasant…. A shame as it’s a nice room. Not sure if the restaurant in front of the htl is part of the htl but if so that’s a real disappointment . All in all while there are good parts about this hotel I wld not classify it as a 5 star…. More a 3 star
