The views from the terrace were absolutely amazing, especially when you had breakfast in the morning

Pros: I really liked everything about the place, especially the food the Service and the staff everything was 100%

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about the place was I wasn’t allowed to wear my flip-flops at breakfast

Top notch in Bangkok

Pros: The location right next to Lumphini Park is fantastic, and One Bangkok Mall - with its many shops and restaurants - is just around the corner. The building and interiors are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. We especially loved the breakfast, and above all the warmth and friendliness of the staff. A special mention goes to Glen Cooper, a true maître pâtissier (and very approachable), who took the time to explain their high-end in-house bakery and always provided a recommendation of their shifting menu (starting at 5 am using locally sourced ingredients). The pastries are simply outstanding especially the mango sticky rice homage and the one with the black tea filling

Pros: Everything in this hotel is just perfect! Customer service was amazing! Special thanks to Niki from front desk ❤️ She took us in to the Ritz in so special way. Our room was so beautiful... we enjoyed the spa & gym and we had awesome breakfast in 24th. floor.

Perfect hotel in Bangkok - Interior design / Food / Staff

Pros: Breakfast is really great. Not only many choices but also offers quality and taste. Staff members are all super friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained, fresh and there is a beautiful interior design.

Cons: The location of the hotel isn’t ideal if you wand to visit Bangkok by foot. Quite far away from everything. And it takes years to travel by taxi due to the trafic jam in the surrounding areas.

Fabulous!!!

Pros: Fabulous property, fabulous staff and service and last but not the least fabulous food!!! There was so much choice at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is around 1 year old, so everything is new and shining!!! They really spoil you with their exceptional service….. this was my first time in Bangkok and the highlight was the Ritz Carlton!!!

Pros: Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The facilities were spotless and very well maintained, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again - highly recommended!
