Fantastic stay

Pros: The whole hotel smells amazing. Really close to two metro stops for exploring. Very comfortable beds. The staff are really lovely

Pros: The room was spacious enough for 2 persons. We love the breakfast spread.

Cons: 1. The check-in registration process really takes too long. I think the longest I've encountered in my travels. 2. As the bathroom' in the room is visible from the bedroom due to glass panel, it would only make sense to have the blinds installed from inside the bathroom. Would be even better to have the glass panel frosted-controlled from inside the bathroom (as those in Double Tree Hilton KL).

Welcoming and personable

Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly The breakfast was great quality and delicious with a good variety . Rooms were comfortable and very good size. The pool had a nice ambiance and was a very decent size. Great location as it’s slightly tucked away from all the bustle

Great accommodation

Pros: The room is very comfortable, swimming pool is clean and gym has many equipment. The staff are very polite and always greet and open the door for us. There are also free tuk tuk ride to nearby BTS, Central World and Siam Paragon. But can also walk to CentralWorld and Siam Paragon from hotel.

Cons: Need walk about 10 mins walk from Ratchadamari & Chitlom BTS.
