Cons: The AC - specially in the bedroom needs cleaning. Every-time we turned it on - within few minutes we started feeling irritation in the throat. So we turned it off mostly and used the living room AC.

Timeless luxury

Pros: Exactly what I wanted and needed for my birthday weekend in the city. Staying at this hotel was part of the treat - so atmospheric, comfortable and absolutely timeless in style. This hotel has the perfect balance of luxury and homeliness that is lost within most newer built hotels. From the lobby, to the room itself. The staff were warm and welcoming, I really hope to revisit someday. While on holiday - I felt like I was right at home and it was definitely a new experience feeling both at the same time! I really recommend Hansar to those who seek quiet luxury that isn’t grossly grandiose or overdone yet makes you feel spoiled and pampered. And as someone who loves to walk anywhere and everywhere, Lumphini park was only 15 minute walk, plus Bangkok’s shopping hotspot Siam square etc. the BTS station that connects you to the rest of Bangkok was also the sweetest 3 minute walk. Everything was extremely convenient.

Cons: Unfortunately the breakfast selection wasn’t too varied, but what they had was delicious nonetheless! I also found it abit tasteless that there were so many surcharges for the minibar in my room considering the price I had paid for the room. I would understand charging a premium for premium products however, basic snacks like peanuts and crisps definitely could have been offered to rooms for free in conjunction with the cost of the room. But it was barely a concern since the good so heavily outweighs the points of improvement!

Nice relaxing 3 day

Pros: Good location, comfortable and spacious room. Love the day bed at the corner of relaxing and I especially like the scent in the lobby which is similar to the scent of the body lotion offered in the bathroom. Staff was polite and pleasant. Overall really good stay.

Brilliant value for Money - Great Location.

Pros: The staff and the hotel were brilliant from a customer service perspective. Being down a side street it is a little bit quieter which i liked. Value for money for a 55m2 room.

Cons: the steps leading from the M floor to the lobby should have non slip strips for safety.
