We will definitely be back...

Pros: We received an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, professional and friendly staff, well equipped gym and fitness centre with steam and sauna room.

Cons: The indoor pool was too cold . Would have preferred and outdoor pool.

Pros: Nice location, colourful vibrant reception , staff very nice and helpful.

Cons: All 4 in one together same area, sink /bath /shower and Toilet has no seperate privacy.

Pros: Staff at the lobby bar - the captain/manager of the bar was very warm and friendly, incredible service and attention to customer satisfaction. For that alone, my wife and i vouched we’ll return to the bar in future trips. Welcoming drinks at check-in, while a small gesture, is a rare touch these days and much welcomed

Pros: Location n friendliness about the staff in the hotel

Cons: The dirty broken carpet under the bed n the water tap's shape on the basin is hard to use. I was staying at 1607 n the room is noisy can may b is near the lifts.

Our stay was wonderful

Pros: I connected with Ploy for booking and she was just fantastic. It truly was a pleasure talking with her. When we arrived she has so sweetly welcomed us with a decoration on our bed. Location was perfect and very convenient , the breakfast was massive and excellent.

Cons: Getting a taxi to go anywhere is painful!! It takes long and most often the drivers do not want to use their meter and quote random prices.

The Renaissance is a great place to stay - great location for skytrain.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The exec lounge is amazing with a great selection of canapes and drinks between 5.30pm-7.30pm. The pool is lovely
