Pros: Staff are amazing and so nice and attentive. Breakfast is in high demand because it is loaded with variety and options. The hotel has amazing facilities and is incredibly clean. The pool, rooftop bar, jazz bar, games room. Everything was way above my expectations. Rooms are clean and high tech and the hotel offers extra services you can pay for. It's definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in thailand. And not to mention the location is incredible and situated 5 mins walk from the biggest shopping centres in the country.

Cons: The breakfast can be super busy, and if you come after 9am, you can expect to be in a very very very long queue of hungry people waiting to be sat.

High recommend the hotel for its great facilities, excellent location and great value for money.

Pros: We visited during the business Chinese New Year holiday and we find Grand Centre Point Prestige great value for money. For the two bedroom family suite we stayed in, the other five star hotels would have charged us double the price. We also enjoyed the pool, the game room and the spa is a huge plus too!

Cons: Breakfast time can get a bit chaotic, but understandable given how busy the hotel is.

Perfect choice!

Pros: Very classy new hotel. Everything was perfect! Nice smell in the lobby. Great location for shopping and taking walks. Next to transportation. Nice view from infinity pool.

Cons: Would have appreciated more Western food choices at the coffee shop and from room service.

Pros: We loved the value for money with the room layout/size plus the view is amazing. Also the fact the hotel is absolutely brand new. The amenities provided are great and more than what you get for the same price at other properties... especially the games room and kids play club. The location is amazing with walking distance from Central world.

Cons: We couldn't charge the spa to the room as its and independent operation.

Pros: Everything was excellent! Starting from the check in to our last minute at the hotel we felt welcomed. The facilities are premium and every detail is covered by. We have mentioned we are in our honeymoon and they even prepared us a surprise inside the room. The panaromic view is simply breathtaking! The hotel is suitable for couples, families and business trips.

Truly a 5 star experience. I want to come back here every year.

Pros: The staff from the moment I walked in were friendly and so helpful. They organised car pick up for my partner and even a complimentary birthday cake! The room was so clean and so spacious. The facilities like the onsen and the pool and the gym were all perfect for our stay. The 24 hr room service was perfect for late night snacks after a long day exploring and then partying. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff deserve an award themselves for just how attentive and friendly they all are.

Cons: Nothing. It was a delight.
