Pros: The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. They are the biggest asset of this hotel. The rooms were clean and they had very comfortable beds. Another good thing is that rooms have smart tvs, so I could log in to my Netflix account. The location itself is neither good nor bad. They are located just by the street market, so on one hand you have plenty of affordable food around (lunch and breakfast starts at 100 BAT ) but it takes approximately 20 min to drive to the main attractions.

Cons: The family room was too small. There was no space to even open a single large suitcase. Once you do it, you have no place to stand. The bathroom was clean but again due to the size of it, the sink/washbasin was mounted in the room. The shower drain in one of the rooms was missing a siphon, hence the bathroom was smelly.

Excellent location

Pros: Located in the heart of the city with all the shops

Cons: Taxi drivers quite often struggled finding the location of the hotel

Overall a pleasant experience with a great location, a clean hotel, and exceptionally friendly staff

Pros: The location is very strategic for shopping, especially in the morning, as Pratunam Market is within walking distance. It is also close to shopping malls. For those who enjoy shopping, the location is excellent. I also appreciate that the hotel has an elevator, which adds to visitors’ convenience.

Cons: The lift area is quite narrow, and the sink placement in the room is not very convenient

Comfortable hotel on a central location

Pros: The property seems very new or newly renovated. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The staff is super nice and the a/c is quiet. It's all in a very central location near a big clothing market and lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons: There could be more space for clothing, like a small wardrobes or clothes hangers. We stayed at the start and at the end of our trip and found hair in the rooms/bed both times, as well as a bottle cap next to the mattress once. Please don't slip up on cleaning.

Pros: Conveniently located near 7 Eleven, Platinum, and CentralWorld, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. After a long day exploring the city, you'll return to a room that's ready for a restful night's sleep.

Cons: It will be better if there are USB charging port in the room and cloth hanger or hook fixed behind the bathroom door...
