Baan Glang Soi Restaurant & Guesthouse

A wonderful stay - highly recommended!

Pros: Lovely big room, clean, comfortable, fast WiFi, great location and friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and we are there several times.

Cons: No fault of the property but the motorbikes on the road outside are noisy in the early morning, so take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great guesthouse with amazing location

Pros: Basic, but very Clean, every day if you wanted to they came and clean your room replenish the toiletries and coffee sachet.Close to main ways of transportation(boat/bts/bus), cute neighbourhood with all the shops you needed and restaurants.

Cons: The property for the price/location/services was basic but more than average, the only problem was the noise that was happening from outside (thin windows) and from inside some other guests were kinda loud. Not a problem for me I can always fall asleep especially after walking over 20k but could be for others.

Amazing staff that will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay in Bangkok & great location!

Pros: The staff were really helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond making sure we were looked after. There was a mix up with our room but they were very apologetic and sorted it and made sure we had somewhere to stay. The location was great, right by the MRT which connected us to many places in Bangkok as well as the port which offers free boats to the Asiatique market and Icon Siam shopping mall - there’s also lots of great places to eat, shops and cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Bangkok.

Pros: Nice basic rooms which are clean and in a good location. No thrills but comfortable and friendly staff.

Cons: Some of power switches did not work but. Nothing major.

Pros: Our whole family loves Baan Glang Soi we always stay there when we're in Bangkok. The service is top-notch, the rooms are very clean, everything you need is there, and the restaurant serves delicious food. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, simply the best!

Autenthic place

Pros: Located in historical Bangrak area, offer a strategic position for explore BKK by BTS and by boat. Old style building well maintened and run by a lovely family. Wooden room, clean and fresh. Lateral street, quiet by night.

Cons: Bed was a bit hard, can be improved, but nothing too bad.

Will go back again!!

Pros: The location was fantastic, the room large and quiet, great ac, staff very nice. It's on sidestreet but grab and taxis will come there.

Cons: Don't expect help with tourist or current festival information when you arrive; must research online yourself. We preferred breakfast on streets nearby.
