Fun, local, family run experience with great location. Owners were very kind and thoughtful!

Pros: The breakfast was generous and served with local style. The owners were very helpful and created a very family experience. The location was convenient to local attractions and BTS line from airport. Attached family-run restaurant was fun, delicious and inexpensive :-)

Generous and wonderful hosts with the cutest cats!

Pros: Super lovely hosts who stayed up past 1am to open the door for us, since our flight got delayed :\

Cons: Soundproofing was not the best as we would hear when neighbours open and close doors. Insects like mosquitoes and termites were found in the room and there was a cockroach in the shared bathroom (but that is to be expected in Thailand and in a wooden house!)

Cozy affordable friendly home style stay in BKK

Pros: This is a unique and cozy homestay style option with clean, comfortable rooms. It is affordable and the family hosts are very kind. They make breakfast for you on the spot and will help you. Really nice for a solo traveler.

Cons: I had no problem with this but it might be useful for people to know there are a few cats around. They are well behaved and doing their own thing.

Pros: Stayed here at the end of our journey through Thailand and it was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. It is located in a lively neighbourhood the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When we arrived we got a free beer and we could leave our luggage at the hotel while we were exploring the city. The breakfast was really good and definitely worh the money, also they were able to accommodate to our vegan diet. The rooms are also incredibly vibey! I wish I could stay longer. Highly recommend!

Homely stay near to public transport

Pros: This is my second booking here. Walking distance to BTS Chong nonsi. Staff is helpful and friendly. Homely feeling. Fun to tender the set of cats living there. I mistakenly booked a room with a shared bathroom but its was always free to use.

Cons: Climbing the stairs to upper floor room is bit inconvenient. No towel rack or wardrobe provided

Excellent homely living

Pros: The location is very convenient. Walking distance to BTS Chong nonsi. I even walked with luggage. Its in a quiet area. Downstairs is a restaurant which is convenient when you are too hungry. Staff is very helpful. Nice tasty breakfast..I felt like staying in a home. Also set of cats living there is a treat to eyes. Room is spacious with all ammenities. Superbly clean place. I rebooked same.place for last day as well. They provide many water bottles. Also gave me an extra when I was checking out. I loved their kind gesture. Also this placs is like a small art gallery. Nicely designed and there are many beautiful drawings and statues.

Cons: No elevator. Room is not sealed. You get light from above the door and also can hear the noise if someone talking outside in living area and kitchen. If you are a light sleeper first floor room is bit disturbing. Other than these minor things, everything is great.

Pros: Cats so cute!! Staff soooo lovely we enjoyed our stay and found it was the perfect introduction to Thailand.

Pros: The staff was very nice. They have 4 cats (or more I saw 4...). They are very sweet. The residence was very cozy and nice. People you get to encounter, they are welcoming and very nice to each other. You will love it. Honestly, I would stay here longer if I get to!

Cons: Only issue will be shared washroom if you prefer privacy and also water pressure was a little bit lower. However, it's a 'residence' and sorta house-y. It's alright.

Pros: The accommodation is located in well maintained historical building. It's comfortable, clean and well equipped. Walking distance to stations and other tourist attractions. The breakfasts are amazing, the hosts are beyond helpful and the cats are a bonus. Highly recommended!

Cons: The bathroom would benefit from an update, but this does not affect our stay.
