Luxurious in Prime Area Bangkok (PickupService)

Pros: The location was excellent — very central with plenty of shops, ATMs and amenities nearby, and everything was easily accessible on foot. This made getting around extremely convenient. The building itself was clean and well maintained, and the elevators were fast and efficient, which was a plus. Inside the apartment, I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as multiple mirrors, a clean and spacious fridge for food storage, and the provision of international charging cables, which was very convenient for travellers.

Cons: While the apartment looked as advertised and was nicely decorated with all essential amenities, the space itself felt quite small. With five suitcases, it became very difficult to move around comfortably, making it less suitable for longer stays or travellers with multiple luggage. Additionally, there was no proper vanity space despite this being previously confirmed, which was disappointing. We also experienced some difficulty operating the bathroom taps during the first few nights, resulting in inconsistent water temperature. However, the landlord was responsive and arranged for this to be resolved promptly. In terms of value, I felt the price was slightly on the higher side for the size of the apartment. That said, you are largely paying for the prime location, which is understandable.

Very nice accommodation in a good area with a friendly host.

Pros: The accommodation is very nice. The location is good. Not far from MRT Makassan or BTS Asoke. Everything is within walking distance. The hostess is always available and very polite and courteous. Overall, a very nice stay.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was good!

Pros: The location , the very comfy apartment , the sport room and the swimming pool, everything was smooth, no noise so we can sleep well, excellent communication with the host, 5 star

Cons: A bit too small for 2 adults and 2 old teenagers

Cons: C’est pas très grave, mais il faut savoir que notre contact ne connaissait pas bien son appartement. Il ne savait pas qu’il y avait un four dans par exemple, alors que nous avions posé la question au préalable.
