Baansilom Soi 3

Good Location Lovely Staff.

Pros: Great Location close the Sala Dang BTS and Night Market, large sized room very clean and staff lovely, helpful and friendly. Arranged Taxi to Airport which arrived 20 minutes early.

Cons: Shower cold / luke warm water and background noise from what appeared to be construction work at night.

Pros: Excellently located one block from Silom Road, but so quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here, and it exceeded my expectations for the price. The check in and check out was efficient, the AC was cool, and the bed(s) comfortable. the bathroom was large and clean. All made the stay great.

Cons: Parking is only for hotel staff. 1000 baht CASH deposit is required at check in (not mentioned in booking process leaving us very unprepared to move and obtain cash late at night. Thankfully an ATM at nearby 7/11 store saved us or we would not have been able to check in (only cash accepted, no other option is offered).

Great one night stay

Pros: Good size room and quiet location despite being not far from a busy road

Cons: We arrived in the early hours and the man on the desk wasn't particularly wecoming

Pros: Good location in vibrant area of Bangkok with excellent variety of shops, cafes , street food and markets. In addition have good transport links with BTS and MRT station within walking distance. Excellent Lumphini Park also close by. Silom is also good area for night life. Hotel in quiet Soi off main street....good sized rooms with good facilities and very clean. Staff unobtrusive but friendly and helpful.

The big plus is the friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: It's a little difficult to walk along Soi 3 to Silom. Staff were exceptionly friendly and helpful. A minor problem with the room safe (new battery) was swiftly dealt with. If there had been a 'work desk' it would have made life easier using a laptop but that was no big deal. The bathroom was great and the room size perfectly satisfactory.

Cons: Approach to Baan Silom Soi3 as a pedestrian, from Silom, along Soi3 was not easy and there was a fair amount of traffic at some times of day. The light switches took a little getting used to as they operate in the opposite sense to that which is normal in Thailand.... but great for someone from the UK.

Lovely place in amazing location

Pros: Location. Big room. Clean. Good price. Nice stuff. Loved it.

Cons: Bed a bit hard. And windows not isolating noise.

Pros: The rooms are very comfortable and the people are also very nice and helpful

Very central If you want to stick to one location for accommodation and explore the whole of Bangkok

Pros: Very central, walkable to Lumphini park, BTS and MRT line stations. Calmer in the evenings and night, lots of cheap street food options nearby.

Cons: Checkout time could be 12 instead of 11

Pros: Family run hotel. Warm sincere greeting. Not the usual franchise hotel. Hello Sir. A genuine smile. Room was larger than expected. Big shower room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Quite neighbourhood. Ticked all the boxes for me.

Cons: Nothing not to dislike. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Pros: Large room. Familiar with staff because I usually stay there. Someone to wash clothes
