Pros: Was there over end of year when all the hotels are booked out and are expensive. Here the price was good and the service was excellent. Good breakfast selection a la cart, very helpful staff, I forgot something in the room and I contacted reception to hold it back for me to pick it up when I travel home. Thank you very much for all your help

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was excellent. Although it’s not a new hotel, the cleanliness is absolutely tip-top, every corner feels well maintained. We slept soundly every night without any worries. The location is superb, and having a lift in the hotel makes it even more convenient. Their ala carte Breakfast are tasty and nutritious too. Stuffs are able to communicate in English, and super friendly too. Highly recommended for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to Big C and opposite Central World. Less than 10 minutes walk to Platinum mall. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast sets were decent. The rooms are clean. 7-11 is just behind the hotel. Many eateries and massage places are just 2 minutes walk away.

Cons: The hotel is a little run down and the rooms had abit of musty smell. The power sockets were only for local plugs but we were able to borrow an adaptor from the counter.
