Pros: Very nice staff. Comfy big bed 🛌. Nice gym but it needs a few more machines. Great pool. Our second stay but the breakfast can improve.

Cons: Located far from the downtown and have to hire taxi for somewhere else especially 7-eleven and others.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious friendly service very clean

Pros: The restaurant was really delicious, especially that Tommy Yum soup and the guy was super friendly and the hotel was beautiful however the location could’ve been a bit better as it was a bit far but we still loved it

Cons: It is far from the city center. Depending on the traffic, it may take from 45 minutes to 2 hours to reach the center

Great short stay in a clean modern hotel in Bangkok

Pros: We arrived late at night but our room smelled a little of cigarette smoke, the staff quickly changed our room with no fuss. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, everything worked, couldn’t have asked for more. Water pressure and shower height were also great. The breakfast buffet was very good, catering for many different diets.

Cons: Only downside was location, although close to airport, was quite far from tourist areas - 1 hour by grab taxi.

Pros: Excellent airport hotel with lovely staff and great facilities. Also very good value for money.

Cons: It’s hard to fault the hotels. It does exactly what you need it to do.

Ok

Pros: The room we stayed was really comfortable! The hotel is close to the Donmueang airport, MOCA and some convention centres, but far from the other attractions (if you consider this to be a spot for exploring the city it’s in my opinion not the best place). We didn’t use the pool and any other facilities so I don’t know how are they. But the staff didn’t tell us anything about them when we checked in.

Cons: It was not top notch cleaned, I saw some hairs on the floor when we entered the room. We stayed in executive suite that was supposed to have city view but instead we got the view on concrete wall. Luckily it was possible to move to other room.
