Great location & interiors

Pros: The house's decor made me feel at home, and its layout is fantastic. I don't think that one can find a property that is better located than this - only a few minutes from IconSiam and another small mall across the street. Plenty of food options in the area too.

Cons: We weren't fans of the stairs as they were quite small so we decided to leave our luggage downstairs and take only the necessary upstairs. The bathroom at ground floor could do with some hanging hooks and the toilets were on the small size.

Excellent home base in Bangkok!

Pros: Very spacious modern style clean house with 3 toilets and 3 showers spread over 2 bathroom areas. 3 bedrooms. Great AC. Easy check-in via electronic code. We had 4 people but it could definitely fit 6 comfortably and 8 with the sofa bed. Washer a total plus (although washers are available everywhere it was nice to do it at home). great light blocking shades Good hangout space. WiFi solid. Well appointed kitchen

Cons: There was a strong smell of sewage in one of the toilets but it didn’t extend to the rest of the house. Some ants. Would be aware that the stairs are uneven in depth and steeper than usual. No sound insulation. Location is a stones throw from ICON SIAM but it does add time to get to most major sites in the other side of the river. We took local ferries and taxis.
