Pros: I liked the hotel. Excellent location. The room is not large, everything is minimalistic — comfortable for one person, and for two it's doable for a short stay. Everything in the room worked and was clean. It wasn't noisy at night. There's a safe in the room. No kettle, cups, tea etc. There are plenty of Middle Eastern cafés and restaurants in the area — that was a very pleasant bonus. Right next to the hotel there's a café called \

Cons: The hotel has its own unusual rule. Before check-out, a staff member goes to the room and checks your linen and towels for stains. They even put a warning about it in the elevator. If there are no stains, they return the 1,000 baht deposit. It sounds a bit insulting — that's probably why the hotel doesn't have enough good reviews. But the linen at the hotel really is clean, no stains. Though my set did have small holes — probably from overly enthusiastic washing )

Good place to stay, everything within walking distance

Pros: Prime location, halal food ( which was very important for me ) very clean hotel, very good staff. I had a dinner a restaurant near by in sukhumvit Road and had food poisoning issues, and very early morning I asked for help to reception girl and immediately she bought medicine for me, which was great.
