Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Masa Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—extremely close to Nana Square and right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to get around. Despite being so central, the neighborhood felt very safe, even for a single lady traveler. The hotel is very clean and offers great value for money. I found the rooms and common areas well maintained and comfortable. The staff were all very polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed during my stay, which made the experience even better. Another big advantage is the central location—you can easily reach most places in the city at an affordable rate. Overall, it’s a safe, clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option. I would happily stay here again. But if you are looking for a view, that is not an option Nevertheless I loved the stay safe and comfortable.

Comfortable stay in a good location with friendly service. Would stay again.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were good and the room looked modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient with easy access to shops, food, and transport.

Cons: Nothing major. Internet speed is kinda sucks other than that Overall it was a pleasant stay and met expectations.

Fantastic location. Adel is the best!

Pros: The rooms were super clean and the location was perfect. The street the hotel is on has so many great restaurants and shops and is walking distance to the train station. Adel the manager was a legend and a highlight of our trip!! The price was also fantastic value for money
