Pros: Great location, staff and facilities.. (housekeeping outstanding) breakfast the best you’ll have and try the NY steakhouse.. class. Will always stay here when in Bangkok.

I would recommend it, only if my friends don’t mind being neighbors with the red light alley near our hotel.

Pros: Service was excellent, the staff were attentive n warm.

Cons: Unfortunately the network was rather poor, so the programs we tried to watch on the television lagged. This was frustrating when my husband wanted to watch his soccer match.

Couple stay at JW Bangkok

Pros: The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and always willing to assist. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bedding was very comfortable and room service was phenomenal. Gym was well equipped.

Cons: The menu at the lobby lounge needs to be improved.
