Pros: Really liked this place — the small team of staff made it feel warm and homely, and they were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. The décor was beautiful, and it’s close to Bumrungrad Hospital, which is really convenient for patients and their families.

Would stay again. Nice to see a non-bland style

Pros: More like a 4 star hotel for quality and it was nice it had its own style. Guessing the absence of a pool and such limits the grade. The room was nicely stocked with hotel items and everything worked fine. Little details like a nicer brand of kettle instead of cheapest possible. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a nice mix in a really nice decorated area.

Cons: The area had some high road traffic levels outside. Like sat still for over 10 minutes. I'm glad I gave myself lots of extra time in leaving to go to the airport. Not as nice a location as some hotels for views and reach for central areas. Taxis to metro recommended for getting around.

Pros: Great breakfast in a relatively small breakfast room. Feels personal.

Cons: Not much. Maybe bacon for breakfast....

A magical stay

Pros: A wonderful hotel with magnificent antique furniture. Beautiful fresh orchids. Kind and helpful front desk staff. So quiet. Very tasty breakfast. I would highly recommend and will stay at Sara’s Hotel next time I travel to Bangkok
