Lovely Modern and Hip place to stay

Pros: Very nice modern hotel with nods to heritage. Nice touch of a refreshing tea at reception and then opulance of the room which was farily big and very tastefully decorated. Loved the substitution of Kimonos rather than toweling gowns.

AMAZING! Best choice you can make is to stay here!

Pros: Amazing hotel, brand new, spotless! Wonderful pool area, wonderful service as well, we were so happy we chose to stay there! Also the location is upcoming and full of great options. I can only RECOMMEND! Next time we are there, we will choose Kromo again!

Proper hotel on excellent location meeting expectations and standards

Pros: Lovely new clean comfort hotel. ✅ Great location 👍🏻 and kind staff. ✅ Facilities in line with expectations for a high end hotel Shower in bathroom was good ✅ Great breakfast and variety of food and drinks ✅ Summarized proper value for money Airport pickup transfer was convenient

Cons: Only some minor feedback comments: Bathroom sink area is a bit on the small side, but OK. TV switches sometimes a bit annoyingly unexpected automatically on, when hotelroom door was opened. DJ is playing a bit overwhelming beats in lobby for a handful small crowd which is for me a turnoff when considering dinner.

Overall, beautiful hotel, some improvements in the pool area could be made.

Pros: The location is perfect, a minute away from Emsphere shopping mall.

Cons: The pool area is very Instagrammable, but the sun beds are placed in the water, which means you have to dip your feet into cold (unheated) water. Also not ideal if you’re wearing pants.

Beautiful stay!

Pros: It’s so new and beautiful inside and the pool is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous food.

Cons: I felt like the service could be better, everything is ordered on an app and I prefer to have in person service from people. It was also a massive room deposit, something I haven’t experienced in any other hotels before. It’s normally about 2000thb but Kromo wanted 9000thb which to me is just extortionate.

Pros: Excellent breakfast arrangement as it was available until 3 pm. Nice common facilities, like the bar at the ground level and the swimming pool on the roof.
