Pros: Location. Great design in the lobby. Spacious room and newly renovated.

Cons: WiFi and TV not working. Took a while to fix. Street sounds can be heard. Could bother light sleepers. Staff should offer a better service for this type of hotel. Breakfast so so.

Pros: I really loved the location. The hotel was located a walking distance to all the public transportation links to the airport and other parts of the city which turned out to be very convenient as traffic is really heavy in Bangkok

Cons: I loved my room!!! And breakfast!! And how friendly the staff were :) everything was on time, the cleanliness was top and I had all the help I needed as a solo female traveller in Thailand.

Pros: The location was very good and handy with all public transports nearby and lots of local restaurants around. The best part of it was the laundry that they were providing for free and they would bring and was the clothes and bring back to your room

Cons: Overall all was great, the only problem is breakfast timing and the amount of it. Its not self service and you need to order and they bring it to you and you can only order one. The timing is from 8-10 which is very early for the country that everyone stay out at night. But other than this we liked everything

Pros: there was no window in the room, but in bangkok you have to ventilate anyway because of the smog, so it wasn't a problem for us, it was even great for sleeping. the staff is nice, the breakfast is delicious. excellent value for money
