The environment is comfortable,safe and peaceful.

Pros: I experienced homelike atmosphere. Beautiful environment. All stuffs are helpful and supportive. Neat and clean. Bonus is the greenery the open space in every floor. Swimming pool. Tuktuk and taxi driver are available. Everything is nearby.

Cons: Breakfast is good but not up to the mark. No perking. Very difficult to park car. My mother is an elderly person couldn't go down for the breakfast. Room service is not available till 12. For elderly people they can offer room service. Restaurant manager is helpful he send food to our room for my mother for lunch and dinner.But I didn't ask to break the rules. I managed my mother's breakfast from seven eleven. Every floor needs a microwave oven.

Amazing hospitality and service.

Pros: Very accessible location, facilities are good, swimming pool was well maintained. Service staff were all very friendly and helpful, housekeeping was amazing, they went out of their way for little surprises for our little stuffed toys that were in our room.

Pros: Clean, spacious room. Easy check in & friendly staff. Pool was clean and quiet at the time of my visit. Close to everything. Stayed 1 night for a concert at UOB. It’s literally across the street, couldn’t believe, you literally couldn’t get any closer. Perfect.

Pros: I have staid here many times over the last 15 years. The standard of the property is ok For the price. May be a little run down in a few areas. But the ac has been upgraded over the years and it works very well and is quite. Friendly staff Large rooms Clean rooms Quite rooms Excellent quite ac Location

Cons: If I have any complaint it is the breakfast. The coffee was not strong. And it was not hot. The English breakfast offerings were not kept hot. This needs to be improved. If you want to know what a good English breakfast is like go up the soi to buddy bar and try their full Monty breakfast :) I did like the omelette station, though

Good stay in the heart of busy area.

Pros: Location , ambience of the lobby and small garden with fishes and turtles, my son was happy to see them, Indian restaurant with proper breakfast menu. Close to massage shops, 7 eleven , Sukhumvit road.

Convinent, fun pool, safe

Pros: This was our first stop in Bangkok on our trip, we loved the pool on the roof and felt safe in our hotel as 3 girls travelling together. The hotel is currently going through renovations so I can imagine it will get even better as they’re putting more money into it. It was great value for money.
