Bunya House near BTS Asok

We have a fantastic stay in Bunya House and were very well looked after

Pros: Great location and amenities, the lounge and large dining table are perfect for groups, we had a great time staying here and owner and cleaner were very friendly and helpful and the house always had lots of clean towels

Chill and relax

Pros: Near Asok BTS, surrounded with massage and they have bread, instant noodles, egg and tidbits inclusive etc. free 1 way airport transport too

Cons: There are cracks on the wall and steep stairs. Would be wonderful if rooms has double bedded as we are couple traveling.

Pros: Location is spot on, good facilities, filtered water, comfy pillow, spotless, free 1 way airport transfer, card games on site.

Cons: Take note only 1 room is ensuite (2nd floor), the other 5 rooms do not have bathroom attached but they are just a few steps away, not an issue at all for us.

Will definitely come back again, if we have a big group.

Pros: The overall layout and facilities of the house and the location were great. The host also provide some basic breakfast Coffee, bread and eggs, which are very nice of them.

A great and comfortable house with all the conveniences within walking distance.

Pros: The layout was great for a large group. The house was spotless. The location was right in the middle of everything. The keyless lock was also very convenient. The owner gave complimentary snacks and water. Although the house is located in the hustle and bustle, it was very quiet inside.

Cons: There really is not much to not like. Only one suggestion would be to paint the outside a house. It looks a little drab but once inside it is very nice. There was a squeaky pipe in the kitchen that sounded each time one of the upstairs toilets flushed.

Cons: 浴室廁所同一空間，有個臭臭的味道 洗衣機只有洗的功能，沒有烘乾功能 垃圾分類對來自他國的我們有點困擾，不知道該如何擺放

Awesome location; Attentive Hosts!

Pros: The location was unbeatable! The walk to the BTS station and to Terminal 21 for a side-road in Bangkok was great. Sidewalk and walkway conditions were great, compared to some other properties we've stayed at. We were travelling with elders and children and we all felt very safe in the evening walking to/from the major street. Rooms were all very large and comfortable. Full of natural light (with the exception of only one bedroom). Loved that there was a laundry washing machine onsite and the owners provided a dedicated hanging/drying rack with enough hangers.

Cons: The showers in the bathrooms are not fully enclosed; therefore, water can very easily spray out of shower area. The bathroom on the ground level does not have any enclosures at all. Being from North America, this was something that was a little challenging for our party to get used to.

Clean, easy to walk and find house, convenience

Pros: ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า เดินทางสะดวกและสามารถเดินเข้าไปได้ ใกล้ 7-11 จอดรถได้หน้าบ้าน บ้านสะอาดดี ที่นอนนุ่ม / The house is really convenience as not far from BTS ASOK & MRT SUKHUMVIT, walking into Soi Sukhumvit 19 for 500-600 meters and the house is on the right with the banner Bunya House above the door. Opposite are massage house and when you cross the road, you can see 7-11 store, car park in front of the door (can park 2 small cars), clean and comfy beds

Cons: ปลั๊กไฟค่อนข้างแข็ง เสียบปลั๊กต้องออกแรง (แต่ปลั๊กไฟเยอะ)​ น่าจะมีรหัส wifi วางแจ้งไว้ที่บ้านเลย (แทนการส่ง email มาแจ้ง) น่าจะมีทิชชู่เผื่อเอาไว้อีกสัก 1-2 ก้อนสำหรับห้องน้ำด้านล่าง // There are many electricity plugs but its quite hard to plug it in, should provide wifi password in the house in stead of send email, should provide 1-2 more tissue paper for downstair toilet as sometime people mostly spend time in living room
