good stay !

Pros: friendly staff, nice bed, nice bathroom. friendly cat that hangs around the outdoor area :) 7/11 and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: rooms are on the small side, so would be nice if the communal space on the second floor could be opened.

Comfortable, Clean, Central and convenient.

Pros: The location was very local to shops, markets, and public transport. The staff were very helpful, informative, and professional. I found the accommodation very comfortable, clean, central and convenient.

Pros: My priority option for my trip in BKK. The reception sister is so friendly! The location is superb, walk around 7 minutes to Huai Kwang Night Market and there is a Ganesh Temple near there which is very lucky after praying.

Pros: The value for money was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, though basic amenities like toothbrushes were not provided.

Cons: While it's not the owner's fault, I'd like to point out a potential issue for future guests. During the rainy season, heavy downpours can cause the alley in front of the property to flood. On one occasion, I returned from a shopping by taxi only to find the alley transformed into a small river, flooding up to my calves. Although the water receded after about an hour, it's something to be aware of.

Cons: Arrival to the hotel from MRT has to pass throught a narrow walking path. At night, it was very quiet though not a long way to walk.

Pros: MRT is very close, staff will show the shortcut ally way. Room was really clean. Good food options nearby and also Unique bar (Skybar) was a nice place to have a drink

Pros: Very quiet location and the room is clean . Walking distance to the MRT & nearby 7eleven is consider big with lots of daily supplies !

Cons: Room are a little small , doesn’t have much space if you decide to keep your luggage open . Doesn’t provide hangers in the room :c

Pros: Located in a very peaceful area & well connected to all major places in the city. Bike rides through Grab app is recommended
