BaanSu Hostel

Pros: As always, an excellent stay in this clean and pleasant family-run guesthouse where you feel right at home, welcomed by warm people. I love this authentic neighborhood, close to Klong and J. Thomson. I will gladly return.

Pros: location was perfect! The staff amazing and very helpful and welcoming! Accommodation was great and comfortable, bathroom and toilets also good and clean.

The cutest stay in Bangkok (Siam/Ratchathewi)

Pros: This hostel was one of the cutest stays during my visit in Thailand. It's super clean, sweet details in the room, comfy bed, even the shared bathroom was perfectly clean and well maintained. Toon is a very nice lady, easy to talk to and welcoming. The place is very close to shops down the road, 7-eleven, eateries, massage places and lies in the district of Ratchathewi which is near Siam Center and BACC. I've so enjoyed it there, it's in a quiet surrounding due to a dead-end alley. Khop kun mak kha!! I'll be back. xo B.

Pros: I stayed here multiple times during my half year trip across Asia and it was one of my favourite accommodations of the entire journey. It's very centrally located with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of the Siam area, but tucked away down some cozy alleyways right next to a small river so you're not troubled by traffic noises. The rooms are very clean and charmingly decorated and the whole place just has a very homely feel. It's small and family-run so it feels more like a homestay than a hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very good and quiet location

Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. Area is central but very quiet, which is difficult to find in Bangkok. Owners were nice.y room was clean.

Cons: Would be nice to have cotton sheets and pillow cases instead of polyester. And maybe a bit softer bed.

Central, warm, friendly and cost effective.

Pros: I loved the location and its close proximity to the city. The streets were really authentic and very much local, which is something I loved. The host was exceptional and went out of her way to wait for me to arrive (close to midnight due to my late flight). I enjoyed every bit of my stay. A highly recommended stay.

Friendly and cute hostel

Pros: BaanSu Hostel was in a convenient location close to public transport. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. Most importantly, the host family were generous, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Pros: Nice, family hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy check in. Quiet area. There's nothing much of interest in the local area but the BTS and the canal boats are 10 minutes away. The Wifi was good (although it did go off one night). The single room had everything I needed.
