We had a lovely stay at this hotel

Pros: friendly staff very helpful clean rooms good breakfast good location

Cons: We ran out of toilet paper and the quality was poor add more drinking water

Clean, Great Staff, Great Breakfast

Pros: The staff are great, and the breakfast buffet stellar!! Clean, comfortable. I'd stay here again given the same circumstances.

Cons: It's a bit expensive (given the lower-starred choices nearby). I was at a conference at the Swiss hotel next door, so once that was over and I had a few more days, I moved to a cheaper hotel nearby.

Great Stay at ibis Styles Ratchada

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at ibis Styles Ratchada. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that are perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is very convenient, especially with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around Bangkok. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and cheerful. Overall, ibis Styles Ratchada offers great value for money with good service, a comfortable stay, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Pros: We had such a great stay at Ibis. Clean and modern rooms with kind and helpful staff! Close distance to shopping malls and the MRT.

Comfortable, convenient, relaxed, healthy and happy.

Pros: The breakfast was alright. It was fresh and tasty, but not many options. I ate eggs and fish porridge, which was yummy. The coffee could have been better.

Cons: It would be great if they could be a bit more generous when giving the coffee and tea sachets. The rest was good and convenient. I would recommend it and would have no trouble choosing the hotel again.

Pros: A pleasant overall experience and everything was made easy

Pros: Beds very comfortable. Room was clean. Excellent location next to metro station and easy to get from and to airport. Play areas for kids. Very recommendable to stay with kids.

Cons: Bathroom was not really separate and there was no chance for privacy when showering or using toilet in the room.

Ok for one night and a great brwakfast

Pros: The hotel is situated close to the MRT which was great. The room was very clean and the breakfast was really good. The room was also quiet.

Cons: The room and bed were small and the layout was not to our liking, sink in the room next to the bed and opaque glass doors on the toilet and shower.

Good hotel, except that there were no windows to see outside.

Pros: Spacious and clean room, and wide variety of breakfast meals. Near to MRT station.

Cons: My room did not have a window to see outside.
