Bangkok City Link Hotel

Pros: Felt very comfirtable , staff are so welcoming and very very helpful and welcoming , room was clean comfy and we were grateful free teas or coffee little biscuits xx

Cons: Water wasnt hot at all and the following morning it was barely warm i could not even shower it was cold so had to settle with flannel and soap which i really didnt want to do after a very very long 17 hour travelling day

Great Stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Bangkok City Link Hotel. The room was surprisingly big, very comfortable, and super clean. The toilet and shower area were spacious too, which made our stay even more enjoyable — no cramped bathroom at all! One thing I really loved was the 24/7 coffee machine at the reception. It was such a nice touch to be able to grab coffee anytime of the day or night, especially after a long day of walking around Bangkok. Everything about the hotel felt nice, cozy, and well taken care of. The location is also very convenient — right outside there are 24-hour laundry services along the sidewalk, which is perfect for travellers who stay longer or shop a lot like us 😄 Overall, it was a very comfortable, hassle-free stay. Big rooms, great facilities, friendly atmosphere, and thoughtful details — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Cons: There are just a few small things to note. The air-conditioning was not very cold, and the shower water pressure was a bit low — if you’re in a hurry, you might need to use the bathtub tap to shower faster. The hotel is also a little walking distance from Pratunam, but honestly, everything around is still walkable, so it wasn’t a big problem at all. Our safe is lock, we unable to use it.

I really enjoyed during my stay and hopefully will comeback again in future

Great Location!

Pros: The location is great! Airport Rail link is just round the corner. 7-11 just at the turn. Central World, pratunam about 5 mins walk. 24hrs laundromat right outside the hotel. Chambermaid is really friendly and did a good job.

Pros: The staffs are very attentive and approacheable. They are trying their best to help and understand the concerns. I will definitely recommend the hotel. The location was also great. Near a 7/11 store and ARL train station. The area was not crowded, the lobby serves free hot drinks which is really nice since I travelled with my mom and aunties. The rooms are so nice and clean. Satisfied with our stay! Thanks for your great service.

Great Experience overall

Pros: One of the best decisions to stay here. I stayed here for two times and it was great both times. Staff is very nice and cooperative. The best thing is that its on walking distance from Ratchatharop Airport Link Train and from Rathchatharop Airport Link station, can also go to Paya thai station which is the next one to get BTS Services are very good and rooms are clean

Overall, I would come back for the convenience of location and spacious room.

Pros: It's very convenient from the Airport Rail Link, about 5 to 7 mins walk. There's three 7-11 nearby, and in actual fact, you can walk to Platinum Mall, Pratunam and Central World (which we did for NYE Countdown). Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Superb.

Cons: The soundproofing is not good. If you're a light sleeper, you're bound to be woken up by chatters from ppl outside the hallway. (Happened to us). Thank God for loop earplugs.

I enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The room was clean and smells good! The staff were very friendly and nice. Whenever i asked they answered me with a smile. They provided an international plug for charging but need to give deposit. Iron also available can ask from the receptionist. The hotel also provide an airport transfer and its very convenient, they will give you a call when the car is ready. Near to 7Eleven, massage and laundry around 5-7 mins by walk. Easy to get grab as well.

Cons: The WiFi😔💔 I managed to connect to the hotel wifi but it didn’t last around 5 mins so i decided not to connect to WiFi cause i already subscribed to Thai sim card.
