Bonsai Hotel Bangkok

Pros: I love this hotel! We got a standard doublebed room. The room is small and cozy, good sounproof, there are constructions out there but i hardly hear them. They also have a small pantry with free coffee, snacks, and toasts with jam and butter. There is 7-11 right beside the hotel. And it is about 10 minutes walk away from the great Pratunam Night Market! The hotel is also just across the road from the airport railway link Ratchaprarop station. Overall a great place! Will definitely book this accom again in the future.

Cons: The only improvement is there can be more hooks in the toilet. And currently there is a major construction right outside the hotel, making ride hailing services reluctant to come over, or they get confused how to get to the pickup point.

Nice hotel

Pros: Aesthetically designed. Small room but suffice. Stayed 6 nights, no complains. It's situated away from the bustling pratunam yet it is walking distance. Check in and out was smooth. The staff were polite. Just next to a 7-11 which is very convenient.

Overall Great Stay

Pros: Very cozy, centrally located, clean, new and great staff.

Cons: Construction going on in front of hotel/blocks it majorly. Not the Hotel's fault as they can't do anything about it.

Pros: Location is nice (there was a big road constructions going on though while we stayed in end of November). The staff were very nice and friendly, and made us feel welcome.

Cons: The room was clean, but it felt quite stuffy. We tried turning on the AC several times to freshen it up, but the smell remained.

Lovely hotel but shame about construction work outside

Pros: The design of the hotel is really nice and modern. Staff were friendly and the room is so clean.

Cons: There is work being done right outside the hotel which restricts access to the hotel through a dirty pathway with muddy puddles (I note this has been going on for several months however does not look near done). It’s difficult to get to with your luggage etc. The workers start early in the morning so you definitely need ear plugs. Apart from this the stay is great.

Pros: Space was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities provided were good.

Cons: Construction outside but not the fault of the property.

1 night stay in Bangkok, would reccomend staying here for short stop off

Pros: Location was good, the hotel was fine. No issues, it wasn’t outstanding but certainly worth the money.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The location is great to walk around.

Cons: There was some construction in front of the hotel which made it a bit hard to get around in Grab.

Pros: Front desk was helpful, I got free upgraded the 2nd day, due to some air circulation issue in first day's room.

Cons: There is a huge construction on going beside the hotel, along the whole Pratunam, I believe is something related to underground tunnel, hence do expect dust and some construction noise.

Pros: The location and how friendly and helpful staff was
