Hotel Bangkokian

Pros: Room was lovely, light and airy and very clean. Amazingly comfy queen bed with balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were so kind and hospitable!

Cons: Nothing!!

Pros: The staff very helpful and always with smile and polite. The hotel very clean and comfortable. The location a bit not convenient but actually the staff can arrange transport for us from hotel to airport with very reasonable price.

Loved it and the staff!

Pros: The facilities were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and also beautifully designed the bed for her birthday. Great breakfast and very clean hotel. It was close to the train station which made it easy to travel from the airport.

Cons: It was a bit out of the centre which meant we needed to take a grab everywhere. The shower didn’t work on the first night which meant we had a cold shower, but the staff resolved immediately when we notified them the next day.

I lost my apple earphones in the hotel after checkout. The staff mailed me them no problem just for the mail costs.

Pros: Super friendly staff - clean hotel - good facilities

Cons: Make sure to center your hotel choice around the activities you want to experience. It’s s big city and the traffic is terrible.

Pros: Close to Pratunam Market - Walking distance 15-20minutes. Very clean and new hotel.

Cons: Sometimes it’s hard for grab taxi to find the place but maybe because it’s just new. Can be resolved to just walk towards the main street and get picked up there

Amazing spot, highly recommend for solo travellers looking to experience the heart of Bangkok.

Pros: Lovely staff, so friendly and kind. The security guard is a very kind and good person, made me feel so safe and welcome at the hotel and lovely to chat to every now and again. Amazing location if you love shopping, close to all the major shopping malls. Really easy travel! Room was clean and comfortable also, would love to stay again.

Cons: Would be nice if they had a gym but other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues.

Pros: Is in convenient to get a grab to come. It seem like driver doesn’t know how to go to Bangkokian Hotel.

Pros: Everything in the Hotel was perfectly new. The bed was amaising , never have better bed. Staff eas nice and friendly, Nobody bothering you at all. I have great experience , just one small problem. The hotel is located very close to the main road and it is a bit of noisy. But in overall , strogly recommend !

Pros: Nice design, nice people, very well thought out, highly recommend. We had to get an early check in, and they helped us as best they could. The furniture is very well planned and built. The lighting is also top notch. I liked the labeled light switches. That should be a standard is hotels.

Cons: As other people have said, the noise insulation is inadequate. The main issue is the door. We didn't have any issues, and could sleep without being bothered, even though is was New Year's and the hotel was full. We didn't hear anything through the walls. The windows are single glazed, and thus noisy and hot. It got up to 36 degrees without the AC. But it was nice and comfy with the AC, and the noise level was good enough to get some sleep. The area is away from the main road, so there's not much traffic. The breakfast could use some diversity, but it was fine for our 4 nights.
