The best view in the city

Pros: The best most iconic view in Bangkok from their rooftop bar. Just breathtaking

Cons: They dont have an elevator however all the staff are there offering to move luggage on your behalf so it isnt really an issue

Breathtaking panoramic views over the Praya river and Wat Arun.

Pros: The staff was very kind and understanding, they helped us a lot. The panoramic view over the Praya and Wat Arun and the sunset view.

Cons: The entrance on a side street that cars can’t access to, the small common areas, no lounge area. The rooftop is packed of external guests not giving priority to hotel guests to seat.

Wonderful stay in Bangkok

Pros: Wonderful staff, very comfortable bed and well equipped room. Great location on riverfront opposite War Arun. Easy access to reclining buddha and grand palace. Rooftop bar amazing for sunset view and very chilled with DJ

Cons: Shower wasn't very warm, walls between rooms seemed a little thin

Five Star!

Pros: Our stay was fantastic and the location of the hotel of great - close to the major sites of Bangkok so only a short distance to go! The room and hotel overall were constantly clean and tidy which made our stay extremely pleasant. Even the small details such as candle oil burners to make the room smell nice and clean aromatic towels made the world of difference. We were provided with welcome drinks, a complimentary bottle of bubbly for the room, and a complimentary drinks token to use in the rooftop bar which was also a very nice touch. The breakfast was great and overlooked the river towards Wat Arun which was always lovely - the staff were also great at providing us with a really nice breakfast box for our early departing excursions. The hotel was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Great staff, top-notch amenities, and lovely views

Pros: Well-designed rooms with excellent amenities. Staff were wonderful. Views are great from the roof and I think I'd go for a room with river view next time. Great location too

Remarkable Old Siam

Pros: I knew I wanted to stay at this hotel the moment I saw where the hotel was situated and the views that were visible from that location. On top of excellent hospitality and staff's knowledge of the area, I really thought the atmosphere of the hotel felt like a brilliantly modernised representation of Old Siam. The prime location means that you can visit Bangkok's main attractions (Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Museum Siam, Michellin-star restaurants) all within 2-3 days. The nearest MRT station (Sanam Chai) is only a 5-10 minute walk away which means the world is your oyster. During my stay, I took the MRT to Chinatown (Wat Mangkon), Talat Noi, Song Wat. Bonus: it was extremely reassuring to know that I can always MRT back to the hotel for a midday nap!

Cons: There were two things in particular that did not bother me but I can see how those things may be of concern to others. The first is that even though the location of the hotel is golden, it can be quite difficult to access via vehicle as it is in an alleyway. It may also be quite a challenge for those travelling with big luggage. Secondly, as I stayed during monsoon/rainy season, the room can get quite humid, and bedsheets quite damp. This may not be the case during other seasons!

Amazing accomodation, amazing staff and amazing food

Pros: The location and the staff are very accommodating, friendly and no request is too much trouble. The restaurant is amazing and the food is honestly the best we have ever been served, the chef should be cooking for the King of Thailand. Do yourself a favour and reserve a table for dinner as both nights we were here the restaurant was full and is very popular with the local residents.

Cons: Our room 308 was small with no space to place suitcases and the toilet and shower are separated from the living room with a shared sliding door. The safe is not anchored so can be lifted and carried away. If you have mobility issues with stairs you may struggle with the spiral staircase to your room.

Pros: Amazing view from our room, which was very comfortable and spacious. The roof top bar was pretty cool and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The view from the rooftop bar is truly amazing. Reception staff were lovely, and very helpful.

Cons: Initially it feels a little difficult to find - it's at the far end of a small side-street. On the plus side, it's very central, and close to many things :)
