Pros: The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful, you have all needed equipment in the room.

Cons: The room was too small and literally no space to open your suitcase.

Definitely one to recommend.

Pros: Fantastic location, easy walk to central sights and Metro. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Cons: A bit noisy on my corridor when the group in next two rooms came back very late but that can happen anywhere.

Great place in the old town for sightseeing

Pros: Fantastic location, yet it was quiet at night. I wanted to stay closer to the Grand palace for sightseeing. The staff were lovely, helped organise a taxi to the airport. Bed was comfy and the place was very clean.

Pros: Great location - 20 minutes walk to key streets of Chinatown, and also like 20 minutes walk to Grand Palace and many temples around it; Room was clean and with enough space to open luggage; Bed was also pretty comfy

Pros: Amazing place to stay if you visit Bangkok - walking distance from main attractions, clean rooms and kind workers at the reception. You can get nice breakfast and coffee in the lobby - also there are a lot of places nearby where you can get some food. The street is calm and quiet - despite being close to main attractions. Definitely recommend!

Overall, a good experience.

Pros: Staff helpfulness, good commuiatio and cleanliness. I especially commend Cam for her interpersonal skills,going out of her way to assist and prompt response. Good you have such people in your organization. One serious drawback was the room size and constant failure of WiFi.
