Pros: The staff was absolutely stunning, warm hearted and Professional. The room was perfectly wquipped to our expectations. Very satysfying breakfast and Pool.

Cons: The breakfast is very Full and noisy…. The Setting of the different food assortments feels a bit messy

Beautiful hotell, best location

Pros: We loved our stay, beautiful hotel, great room, breakfast, pool area, service. Great location next to the super nice shopping mall and plenty to do and see. Very helpful and kind staff.

Cons: Everything was great, we will stay here again for sure.

Chatrium Grand Excellent Hotel and Facilities

Pros: All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and willing to help as much as they can and are a credit to Pierre the GM. Shout out to Thida, Apple and all the team in the club lounge. Whilst on about club lounge definitely pay the little extra as what you get is best 5 star luxury at very reasonable price. Every time we are going to Bangkok we will be staying here. The pool on the 7th floor is amazing and open til 11pm. Will finish by saying all staff here go that extra mile and go above and beyond of what is expected. Thank you so much Pierre and your team. Nice hotel with lovely staff but breakfast ruins overall experience.

Pros: Staff were great, good location, nice room and pool.

Cons: Breakfast quality was ok but experience was not good - far too many people ! Hotel includes breakfast in rate which means whole hotel, both towers, turn up. The hotel removes the lobby bar seating to fit in more tables it was not enjoyable at unless you attend really early. The lobby bar also closes early to allow for seat removal no doubt. Despite some positives, the breakfast drama ruins the overall hotel experience hence would not recommend this hotel

Pros: Lovely room, clean and friendly staff. We enjoyed the golf buggy ride from the lobby to the shopping malls a lot.

Cons: The area north of the hotel is having construction works done so traffic is extra bad going in and out of the hotel. There was a small miscommunication with the staff working at the lobby cafe who I believe charged me the wrong price for a product.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, highly recommend for young families too
