Pros: Everything was amazing, great location close to BTS and Siam. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is great. Especially loved the staff from the Piano bar ( Ant, Krapow and Pete) they are the best!!

Pros: Always like the vibe of this hotel. Location and breakfast are fantastic!

Cons: I am surprised that they didn’t recognise me though I have stayed for dozens of times. Quite dissatisfied with the Gym as equipment is getting tired. Before Covid-19, this was amongst my favourite hotel gyms. Why charging 1000 Bht and reverse it 14 days later. This is a stupid policy!

Pros: Absolutely in love with VIE Hotel Bangkok – MGallery Collection. The service was excellent, the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the facilities were immaculate, including a sauna, a beautiful pool, and a fully equipped gym with fitness classes. Not forgetting the amazing breakfast/lunch or dinners options. Conveniently located near the Ratchathewi BTS stop, the hotel also offers daily tuk-tuk rides to major shopping areas, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. A truly luxurious and refreshing stay in the heart of Bangkok!

Comfy and Convenient Get Away

Pros: The convenience accessing MRT. Strategically located, not too far from major tourist spots/ malls. Staffs are ever smiling and friendly. Did not have much time to lounge around the property due to so much to do, so little time. Hope to return again.

Cons: Just the pillows... Too soft. One is too big... But then again can't please everyone I know 😅

Luxury vibe in Bangkok

Pros: Service is amazing staff is kind and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, very good view of Bangkok. Very easy access from BTS and tuk tuk service to main malls is a great add on. Room was prepared for my child with his own toiletries.

Cons: My booking said breakfast included and when I came they wanted to charge me for my child. After quite a dispute about this they decided to give it complementary because I have been in the hotel many times. It was still not in their policy that the child breakfast is not included.
