The Palette Bangkok Hotel - Self check-in after 10 pm

It was convenient, clean, cozy and comfortable :)

Pros: Walking distance to BTS and has alot of plug points in the room itself, international plug points <3 Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Good coffee and will definitely come back again.

Cons: No lift but the staff there helps with the luggage, so not so much of a negative point.

Great value for money

Pros: Great location if you’re staying in Bangkok to shop or to access the airport. The rooms are very small but comfortable, clean and have all you need. The ‘reception area’ is a coffee shop so it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel, but perfect for a base in Bangkok. We landed late & were able to self check in ourselves without any issues - the instructions are very clear. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: No elevator

Pros: Clean, comfy and quiet. They have a very nice coffee. Near the green skytrain line, not very far by foot from big malls and the air link to the airport.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and location was good!! Room was clean and comfy!

Palette hotel bangkok

Pros: The hotel room is very clean and super spacious... tho the wash basin is kind of small and no mini table.. but overall staffs are very very friendly and accommodating.. their downstairs cafe have excellent coffee esp their honeycomb latte is superd.. their beds is bigger than king size if you chose the room facing the main road, walking distance from siam center and rachathewi bts... highly recommended for those wanting to stay in siam area..

Cons: Maybe they could provide a movable mini table top for visitors to enjoy a small dinner in the room... other than that is perfect...

Pros: I loved the style of the room, how clean it was, it was good price for location and how cosy it felt. The personal was very helpful and was able to accommodate for my trip changes as well. I recommend staying in this place

Cons: The road facing rooms can be a bit noisy for the light sleepers (my dad). As for me, I slept like a baby. Maybe the bathroom sink could be a bit bigger, but it didn't really bother me.

Pros: Staff were friendly, good location and very clean Cafe downstairs.

Cons: Nothing much, but if there is a shelf to store around the sink, it will be awesome.

Great option for central Bangkok

Pros: The Palette was a very comfortable stay, located above a nice cozy cafe. The decor of the entire property was beautiful and modern, and it had everything you need in a room. Amenities were all provided as advertised, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Located conveniently by the Pratunam area as well, just a short 10 min bike ride. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a modern, clean, and no frills stay with amenities all thoughtfully and well-provided.

Cons: It's located off the main road, just under a flyover so it can be hard to find at first. As it's off the main road, it can get quite dark and quiet at night, so do take note is safety is a concern, though I didn't encounter any issues. Some rooms face directly into the flyover, so if you're a light sleeper the sounds of traffic may affect you, but it wasn't too disruptive for me.
