Centre Point Plus Hotel Pratunam

We will be staying there again next time we visit Bangkok

Pros: The hotel did everything it could to minimise the noise from the building of the new MTR link immediately outside the hotel.We usually stay in this hotel in Bangkok because of its location and standard. The hotel is very central, convenient for the fashion houses and communications. BTS and MTR are a short walk away as is the river boat and Central World although the hotel do provide a free shuttle to Central World.

Cons: There isn't anything to dislike. If it isn't right the staff will make it right.

overall is good, better than expectation

Pros: bathroom is clean after we request room cleaning, bathroom is clean too toilet hole didnts stuck with hair also bed is big, enough space in the room wardrobe space is big enough also tv function well and light is enough location is good enough, just that bkk really take sometimes to call a grab, but this area tuk tuk is easy to call

Cons: we request for room cleaning, first day cleaning is good, but after that, seems like the cleaner just change bedsheet, the slipper provided still got hair and some dust stucked on it. got some dust at certain part, not sure whether if it is aircond dirty or how

Always my first choice to stay at this hotel when I visit BKK.

Pros: Always my fav stay in Bangkok. All are good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Super convenient!

Cons: Abit noisy this time round as outside is having construction. Can hear very clearly at night.

Pros: The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Helped me arranged for connecting rooms knowing I have young children. Room is spacious and clean. Location: surrounded by food and massage parlours. Walking distance to platinum mall, centralworld, big c etc.

Cons: I wish the toilet could be more spacious.

Pros: Excellent location. Game changer for shoppers. Wonderful staff who are super polite and helpful Spacious room- i think haven’t seen a room as big as this in recent times. Complimentary free flow coffee juices and sparkling water is really amazing. Complimentary coffee sachets and drinking water in the room anytime during the stay is commendable. Kudos to the entire team.

Cons: Only negative is the elevators. Sometimes the wait can be upto 15min to go down or up during peak hours- breakfast and checkout times. They need elevators which are spacious and 3 is not enough for their room capacity. They need to work on this to secure a perfect 10 score.

Pros: the location was perfect if you are interested for shopping. room big and very comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

Comfortable, staff friendly, good location

Pros: We like the room cos is big and have rooms to move around, this time we booked the connecting room for easy for family. Location is convenient within walking distance like food, shopping etc.

Cons: This round we did not book include the breakfast, upon check in the rate for the breakfast was abit expensive.

Pros: Returned here several times. Everything is good in this hotel.

Cons: The noise 24/7 from the building outside which the hotel had no control over. Just an unfortunate time to stay in this location. Comment should apply to other local hotels.

Excellent hotel amazing location will stay again.

Pros: Excellent location close to local shops, Platinum mall, Central World, Siam Paragon etc. close to street food and convenience stores. Huge room very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room has a big fridge and a microwave which was a big plus.

Cons: Room was not sweeped or mopped for the duration of our stay (7 night).
