Great location and good value for a few nights in Bangkok.

Pros: Amazing location right next to Emquartier and BTS Phrom Phong station, with lots of restaurants, coffee shop, 7-Eleven within 1 minute walk. Despite the busy surroundings, the rooms are quiet and quite spacious.

Cons: Surprised to be charged 3.5% on top of the rate confirmed through booking.com room for paying via credit card. The room safe is tiny so had to lock larger items (laptops) in suit case. “City view” needs to be removed from the room description as our entire view was taken up by multi-storey car park of the condo next door 😅.

Pros: Great welcome by all the lovely guests. Especially Lisa with her big smile. Really good location. Right next to the BTS and the Exquartier shopping mall. The rooms were spacious and mine had a sofa. Cool design. Definitely will be back.

Lovely room

Pros: Really helpful staff. Lovely room. Air-conditioning worked well. Pretty local to metro and sky train.

Cons: Maybe European TV channels but we didn't stay in the room long so no big deal.

Pros: Excellent staff, very approachable and efficient, a large clean room with a usable bathtub, and comfortable bed and outstanding location

Cons: A nespresso coffee machine and some toiletries would be great

A pleasant welcom to Bangkok

Pros: The hotel itself is not in the most central part of Bangkok but it is located right next to the BTS railway system that runs very frequently and is very easy to use for English speakers, the room was nice and a clean and the reception stay were more than happy to help

Cons: Our room only had a window that looked in to the hallway so we had to keep the curtain closed the whole time making it feel a bit like a prison
