Good hotel

Pros: Clean room, good location, good price. It was helpful for me that there was refrigerator. They allowed me to stay one hour extra for free.

Pros: The staff were so helpful our room wasn't quite damp/musky. Air con dehumidifier wasn't clearing the air. Staff quickly sided checked the room and free upgrade. The breakfast was okay close proximity to everything. Bars/restaurants 7/11 straight across the road 5 min walk to Sky Train

Good location and pleasant stay

Pros: Good location as the BTS is about 5mins walk from hotel. Shopping mall and restaurants are nearby. Mini bar are complimentary and the rooms are clean.

Cons: Literally no wi-fi in one of the room. There are routers in the Master bedroom but wi-fi was unstable. Also the bathroom drainage was bad. Inconsistency of the late check out pricing. We have to forgo the late check out as we were quoted 3 different pricing by different people.

Pros: Clean modern rooms with comfortable double beds and smart TV'S,tasty breakfast buffet with Japanese food,friendly helpful English speaking staff,very convenient location only 5 minutes walk to BTS and Emporium mall

Cons: Swimming pool doesn't get any sun No shower curtains so bathroom gets wet

I stayed for one night. It was comfortable, convenient and served my needs for a night.

Pros: The location was very convenient. A 10 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS and the malls. Across the road was also a Michelin recommended noodle shop.

Cons: The rooms were small and the design of the shower area (in the bath) resulted in water seepage to the floors.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the lobby was a great place for a quiet breakfast or snack. Again, the staff or owners in here were so friendly. The pool area was very nice. Also, the BTS station was a short walk given access to the city. Great shopping and restaurants in the area as well as a park area. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Staff tried to be helpful. At breakfast then staff would tell me which were the vegetarian items.

Cons: Nothing really worth mentioning from a personal point, but I do wonder how disabled people got around, especially to breakfast.
