Pros: Very close to bts Phrom Phong and shoping malls Emsphere, Emporium. Quiet area and very clean. Hotel staff very helpfull as well

Cons: Some contructions are held every day close by, if you are not a morning person, but not so much problem

A perfect comfortable stay with a perfect location

Pros: The location is perfect, walking distance to the Phrom Phong BTS station. Also, walking distance to 3 nice shopping malls. A 24hr convenience store also near the hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, comfortable, and value for money :)

Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Bangkok.

Pros: Great boutique hotel in Sukhumvit. Easy to walk to EmQuartier and the rest of the bustling area. Rooms are comfy, and water is provided complimentary. The air conditioning works well, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are excellent. Check-in was a breeze, and our whole stay for a few days was very pleasant. There is a 7-11 a few minutes away and a Tops supermarket a few minutes further if you need your own supplies. We had a nice foot massage just across the road, opposite the hotel.

Cons: As a boutique hotel, there is no pool or bar area for relaxation, but there are plenty of other places in the immediate locale. They do provide some complimentary water and coffee in the daytime, and there are shops close to purchase your own supplies.

Totally recomend.

Pros: I am very impressd with the facilities. It is clean, modern and in a great quality. The location is perfecr for night out activities. 7-11 and Tops are also nearby, also many Japanese restaurants near the hotel.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean.

Cons: could get a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars, which might be a bit of a disturbance if you're looking for a quiet night. Overall, a good stay, but keep in mind the noise factor if you're a light sleeper.
